Best Bib and Tucker

This week’s Yellow Blackbird Shop Your Closet Challenge was to take a neutral outfit and add a pop of color.

I have a pair of red ballet flats that I do this with all the time.  Kinda like in this picture:

Just a little chillier and I can wear my scarves!

You can also add a pop of color under a jacket or cardigan.
