A group of local bloggers and I were recently invited to visit the Canton Woman’s Club.
As you may know here at Best Bib and Tucker we love our history and vintage charm.
This house has that and more. Built in 1867, this Victorian Gothic style home was purchased by the Canton Woman’s Club in 1920. Many of its original elements remain including a beautiful curved staircase, its marble fireplace, and stunning solid cherry pocket doors set in large wooden archways.
Our Wedding Pinterest board is full of vintage inspired ideas. This house would be the perfect setting for a shower, rehearsal dinner, or small reception. We are totally picturing tea cups and fancy hats!
There are many rooms to choose from depending on the size of your group and they have on site catering!
The Canton Woman’s Club provided us with dinner and a tour of this lovely home. All opinions are those of Best Bib and Tucker.
