We call this pudding, whipped cream, and fruit mixture Grandma Salad because it was something Em and I made with our grandma when we were little.
We’ve been eating it at family picnics and events for as long as I can remember making it a must have for Emily’s wedding shower. It’s quick, pretty, kid friendly and oh so yummy.
Leave it to Charlie at Quail’s Covey
Bed and Breakfast for coming up with such a beautiful presentation!
Here’s what you need:
Amounts can be estimated, you really can’t mess this up.
1 box vanilla or banana pudding, prepared
1 package Dream Whip, prepared
1 can of fruit cocktail, well drained
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 bag mini marshmallows (the rainbow ones are pretty)
Prepare pudding and Dream Whip. Gently fold Dream Whip into pudding. Add fruit and bananas and finish by folding in marshmallows.
