For all you skirt loving, trendy girls out there, here’s an easy way to turn a button up shirt into a skirt. No sewing or cutting required!
Step one:
Find a button up shirt 1-2 sizes larger than what you would wear. Button it up about half way then step into it.
Step two:
Button a few more buttons so the shirt stays around your waist.
Step three:
Tuck in the back collar.
Step four:
Tie sleeves in the front. Tuck in any loose fabric at the sides and pull/adjust so the length is even and falls where you want it.
It’s really that simple. Wear it over a pair of leggins or tights, throw on a pair of flats or ankle boots and you’re good to go!
